East Anglian accountancy firm Ensors said it was “beyond thrilled” after being shortlisted for two accolades at the British Accountancy Awards 2017.

The firm will be vying for the Mid-Tier Firm and Partner of the Year titles at the event, which takes place in London in October.

The firm’s forensic accounting partner, Fiona Hotston Moore, who is shortlisted for the Partner of the Year award, joined as a partner in 2014 and is based at the Ipswich office.

Managing partner David Scrivener said: “We are beyond thrilled to receive a double shortlisting at these awards. The firm has worked extremely hard over the past year and we’re delighted to be recognised at a national level for our dedication to all our clients. I would also like to congratulate Fiona on being shortlisted for the Partner of the Year award; this is an amazing achievement and well deserved. We are all looking forward to the awards ceremony.”
