Following on from the success of last year’s event, the 2017 exhibition will again be held at Chelmsford City Racecourse, on Wednesday, June 7, between 10am and 3pm.

Discovering Business in Essex (or DBIE, at it is known within Essex Chambers) is open both to members and non-members, with stand prices starting at £190 plus VAT for members.

Last year’s event saw around 140 businesses exhibiting with more than 500 visitors attending during the course of the day.

Also being repeated for 2017 is the Essex Business Reception, sponsored by Wilkin and Sons of Tiptree, which will this year feature as guest speaker former Olympic ski jumper Eddie “The Eagle” Edwards, who will share his experiences and how he has put them to use in working with businesses.

Entry to the exhibition is free for visitors, with a charge applying to the Essex Business Reception. Exhibition space is already in strong demand so potential exhibitors are advised to book a stand as soon as possible.

For details of how to book space, or register to attend as a visitor, go to www.discoveringbusinessinessex.co.uk or call the Essex Chambers events team on 01206 765277.
