Two head chefs at Thorpeness and Aldeburgh Hotels group are celebrating after they were awarded an Advanced Certificated in Food Hygiene.
Ellie Richmond (left) heads up the kitchen at the White Lion in Aldeburgh, while renowned chef Mark Clements (right) is based at the town's Brudenell Hotel.
Both restaurants have AA rosettes, and the two chefs have been with the company for two years.
Director Grahame Tinnion said: “This qualification means that Ellie and Mark can conduct in-house food safety training. We place great importance on training, benefiting the company and the individual.”
