EMMA Town has been appointed as a trainee solicitor at Colchester and Clacton-based law firm Thompson Smith & Puxon.Ms Town, who grew up in Colchester and attended local schools, graduated from the University of Essex.
EMMA Town has been appointed as a trainee solicitor at Colchester and Clacton-based law firm Thompson Smith & Puxon.
Ms Town, who grew up in Colchester and attended local schools, graduated from the University of Essex. For the European law part of her degree, she specialised in Spanish law, spending a year at the University of Madrid. She has recently completed a one year Legal Practice course at the inns of Court School of Law in London.
“I am really pleased to be able to join such an excellent firm as Thompson Smith & Puxon, and will be completing my training through attending courses at college in London,” she said.
Ms Town, who lives in Stanway, enjoys running and plays netball for Tiptree Panthers in the Colchester League. She was educated at St Theresa's, St Benedict's and Colchester Sixth Form College.
