AN Essex-based estate agency is celebrating after it struck gold at an industry awards event.
Beresfords Country Homes took the gold award in the Best Prestigious Homes category at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2007.
The event, held in London and hosted by journalist and presenter Mariella Frostrup, is aimed at promoting best practice among agents of all sizes.
Beresfords was praised for being “excellently promoted and with a sharp eye for details”
“The agency has demonstrated a passion for continual improvement and expansion,” judges said.
“Faultless customer care and personal service remains at the heart of the agency, with each and every prestige property being visited by the manager of the nearest local branch.”
Beresford Group managing director Paul Beresford said: “Last year we were delighted to be awarded silver in the Prestigious Homes category, but now for Beresfords Country Homes to go on to win gold has been one of the greatest highlights of the year for us.”
