Work has begun on the conversion of the historic Waverley Hotel in Felixstowe into a a sea view development of luxury penthouses and apartments in a £4milllion scheme.
Muralee Govindasamy, managing director of MGPS Group said “We have worked on this project for a number of years in order to design the perfect complement of traditional and modern architecture. This is the first development in Felixstowe to combine historic restoration with impressive contemporary design and we are very excited to see the project at the building stage.”

The development offers 23 apartments in total with a range of one, two and three bedrooms, plus two commercial unt at the ground floor and the penthouses in particular will benefit from an extremely high specification of fixtures and fittings.”
