AN expanding Ipswich business has celebrated a major upgrade of its premises.The Barnes Group, made up of building company Barnes Construction and mechanical and electrical engineering firm Bower Fuller, has expanded and upgraded its head office at Bermuda Road on Ransomes Europark.

The Barnes Group, made up of building company Barnes Construction and mechanical and electrical engineering firm Bower Fuller, has expanded and upgraded its head office at Bermuda Road on Ransomes Europark.
Director William Barnes welcomed the completion of the works as the company is coming to the end of a record 12 months of growth within the business.
“This investment provides staff with a major improvement in their working environment, as well as giving greatly enhanced facilities for clients of the two divisions of the business,” he said.
“The works, which were carried out by the firm's two divisions, provides future growth space for this building and environmental services business.”
