The East of England Co-op has opened the only funeral service in Needham Market.
As of September 18, Chris Sparkes, sector manager for the company’s Funeral Services, and funeral arranger Jack Robinson started running the new Meredith Greengrass Funeral Services branch, in Station Yard.
Mr Sparkes said: “It is a privilege to be given the opportunity to open a new East of England Co-op Funeral Services branch. Meredith Greengrass is a local name with a renowned reputation which will provide assurance to those in the community who will use this service.”
Meredith Greengrass was established in Stowmarket and joined the Co-op group 40 years ago.
The Needham Market branch will provide funeral arranging services, guidance on monumental masonry and information on pre-paid funeral plans.
