A 69-year-old Suffolk man faces a trial later this year after denying sexually assaulting two schoolboys more than 40 years ago.
Gerald Kirby, who now lives in London, pleaded not guilty at a plea and trial preparation hearing at Ipswich Crown Court today to indecently assaulting a ten-year-old boy and a nine-year-old boy.
The offences are alleged to have been committed between March 29 and April 5 1975.
Judge David Goodin told Kirby that his trial, which is expected to last three days, will take place on August 7.
