A French restaurant is toasting two accolades at the 2018 World Luxury Restaurant Awards.
Bury St Edmunds-based Maison Bleue was regional winner in the Fine Dining Cuisine category for the second year and scooped the coveted Global Winner for Haute Cuisine category.
Brandon Lourens, awards founder and chief executive, said: “These awards serve as recognition of sustained commitment to service excellence and outstanding achievement in the international luxury restaurant industry. Maison Bleue showcased outstanding and original creativity, ambience, service and fine dining, among the world’s most respected restaurants.”
Patron Karine Canevet, who works alongside husband and chef-patron Pascal, said: “We are proudly flying the flag for Suffolk and delighted to be part of Bury St Edmunds diverse selection of independent eateries. We are thrilled our customers enjoy the whole dining experience at Maison Bleue and thank them for their continued support.”
