Colchester-based estate agency business Beresfords has helped raise more than £31,500 for the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance after organising a charity gala ball.
Over 250 people attended the glamorous event held earlier this month at Braxted Park in Essex.
Sponsored by Lancaster and The Blue Group, the evening saw guests treated to a gala dinner and charity auction hosted by BBC Look East presenter, David Whitely. Attendees had the chance to bid for a range of high profile prizes, including a guided tour of the Bentley car factory, and a week’s stay on a South African vineyard.
A raffle also helped bolster the money raised with prizes ranging from sports memorabilia to a luxury hamper.
Chairman of the Beresfords Group, Paul Beresford, said: “We are overwhelmed by the region’s kindness in offering such amazing auction and raffle items, as well as the generosity of those who attended on the night.”
