An Essex food firm will be showcasing three of its top brands at the Food & Drink Expo at Birmingham NEC on April 16 to 18.

Harwich-based Surya Foods is steppiing up its presence at trade exhibitions around the world.

Harwich-based world food specialist Surya Foods’ stand will feature its rice brand Laila Basmati, its Taste of India ready-to-eat range of Indian cuisine and Thai sriracha brand Flying Goose Sriracha.

The show draws more than 30,000 visitors and attracts leading brands from around the world with 1,500 exhibitors.

Food wholesalers Surya represents some of the world’s leading brands including Britannia Biscuits, Maggi, Indian ice cream brand Vadilal, MTR, and Mae Ploy. Surya has recently upped its presence on the exhibition trail, taking its part in major food and drink events including Gulfood, Dubai, Sial, Paris and IFE London, helping to attract thousands of pounds worth of new business leads.
