Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government Eric Pickles is set to visit to Haverhill today.
The MP for Brentwood and Ongar will be at Haverhill Research Park, the new home for technology companies on the Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire border now taking shape. The ambition of the park is to “bring the Cambridge science park environment to Haverhill”.
The low density site, approved by councillors in January, is set to provide up to 450,000 sq ft of offices, laboratories, and technology space supporting accommodation for a wide spectrum of companies from start ups to global players.
