A Haverhill firm specialising in helping businesses maximise returns on their research and development investment has invested £75,000 in its own software systems.
R&D Tax Credits consultancy Fiscale aims to improve customer experience and internal processes as a result of the systems, the Hub and ClientSide, which will be managed by newly-recruited IT professional Neil Butler.
The Hub is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system which is used to track all the activity and interactions that Fiscale might have with a prospect or client.
ClientSide is a web-based system that has been designed and developed by Fiscale to improve the client experience when preparing for the submission of an R & D Tax Credits claim.
Technical director Stephen Bunting said: “The aim with ClientSide is to remove any complication and hassle that our clients might encounter with R & D Tax Credits.”
