Ipswich-based Commercial Finance Brokers UK (CFBUK) has been named Property Development Finance Broker of the Year at the Corporate LiveWire Business Awards.
CFBUK specialises in brokering commercial finance for property purchases and developments, working with businesses of all sizes.
It arranges finance for land bank acquisition, build costs, associated fees and can also refinance on completion if retaining for rent is the objective.
Chief executive Ralph Black said: “We work with developers of all sizes and experience arranging the required finance for projects throughout the UK.

The Corporate LiveWire Business Awards were previously part of the Corporate LiveWire Global Awards before being relaunched this year. Candidates for awards can be nominated by the public or selected by the awards’ own research team.
