Suffolk company secretarial software company Inform Direct has secured its 75,000th customer since its launch five years ago.
Ipswich-based Inform Direct, whose software helps businesses and accountants to manage records and file statutory reports, is experiencing rapid growth, having passed the 50,000 customer mark only six months ago.
Inform Direct chief executive Henry Catchpole said: “This is an important milestone for our skilled and talented team and one that we feel is well worth celebrating. 2017 has been particularly busy and successful – in May we reached our 50,000th customer and just six months on, that figure has risen to 75,000.
During this time we have also expanded our support team which we see as an integral part of the service we offer to customers. Feedback shows that they like having a knowledgeable person at the end of the telephone to call if they need guidance.”
Inform Direct’s success has also include a number of awards, including the Practice Software Product of the Year title at the British Accountancy Awards and a Feefo Gold rating for customer service.
The company was also named in media group Archant’s 2016 Future 50 listing of companies to watch.
