Two property lending specialists have been brought together under one roof.
Commercial Finance Brokers UK (CFBUK) and Jigsaw Money Management have opened a new joint office in Ipswich’s Princes Street.
Both companies are whole of market brokers, so are not tied to a single lender or restricted to a specific panel of lenders.
The Independent Finance Centre held its launch party on Wednesday. Staff were joined by clients, celebrities, friends and colleagues, as well as Mayor of Ipswich, Glen Chisholm, TV presenter Jeff Brazier, a client of Jigsaw Money Management, and Dancing on Ice judge Nicky Slater who was supporting his friend and CFBUK co-founder Karl Mallett.
Ralph Black, chief executive of Commercial Finance Brokers UK, said the centre would be able to offer advice on buy-to-let, property development, investment, upgrading to a larger family home or buying instead of renting business premises.
Mark Horsfall, chief executive of Jigsaw Money Management, said: “We want to demystify the property market by offering a reliable, helpful service to anyone needing a mortgage or commercial finance.”
