LUXURY yacht builder Oyster, which is based at Fox’s Marina in Ipswich, will be showcasing two new models at the Southampton Boat Show next month.
The Oyster 725 and Oyster 885 have both been designed by Rob Humphreys, Oyster’s lead designer since 1997, and the first examples of each model, which have been fitted out at the company’s build facility in Southampton, will be handed to their respective purchasers following the show.
The first Oyster 885 has been built for the family trust of F1 motor racing’s Eddie Jordan, who is trading up from an Oyster 655 model, and will take part in the next Oyster World Rally.
Both new models will be officially launched on day one of the Southampton Boat Show, on Friday, September 14. The show runs until Sunday, September 23.
