An Ipswich recruitment firm is celebrating 10 years in business during which it has placed nearly 500 HR professionals in new roles.

The company, based at Claydon, has evolved from being a HR recruitment consultancy to providing strategic talent management consultancy to clients across the eastern region.

Director Emma Gunton saw a gap in the market for a service focusing on partnerships with businesses.

“Making the decision to move away from multiagency recruitment to deliver a more strategic and sophisticated recruitment service felt very brave at the time and in fact some said we were mad (recruiters are not known for turning business away!) but for all parties it delivers greater success and sustainability,” she said.

The seven-strong team provides a range of services, including training and mentoring for senior HRs, personality profiling services, transition coaching and networking events.
