Rob Hallam, head of democratic engagement at employee-owned retailer John Lewis, will be guest speaker at the next Ipswich Christian Central event, being held later this month.

Rob, who is responsible for advancing effectiveness of democratic interaction between elected representatives and leaders within John Lewis, will deliver a talk entitled “A Different Way of Doing Business”.

His role is to ensure that the various democratic bodies are given focused and dedicated support and that the insight gained from John Lewis employees (partners) is positively channelled up to and including board level leadership, so truly influencing the business.
