AN internet service provider based near Ipswich has appointed four new members of staff as it anticipates another record year for growth.KeConnect, based at Great Blakenham, has appointed Debby Rumbold and Barney Harper as resellers, and Mark Chennell and Lee Smith as customer support technicians.
AN internet service provider based near Ipswich has appointed four new members of staff as it anticipates another record year for growth.
KeConnect, based at Great Blakenham, has appointed Debby Rumbold and Barney Harper as resellers, and Mark Chennell and Lee Smith as customer support technicians.
Ms Rumbold and Mr Harper have extensive experience in customer service and will be working with new and existing resellers to maximise their revenue earning potential.
Ms Rumbold, who previously worked for ntl in introducing broadband and telecoms packages, said: “Joining a provider that is solutions driven and not just about pushing our broadband products is a great opportunity.”
Mr Harper, who has been involved in recruiting and maintaining members for a number of company membership programmes, said he was looking forward to his new role.
Mr Chennell has been a Microsoft Certified Professional since 2002 and has worked as an IT technician at Suffolk County Council and an IT consultancy.
