Kevin Smith, an experienced commercial property agent, has joined the Ipswich office of Douglas Duff, part of the Erinaceous Group.
Douglas Duff's agency team is pleased to welcome him to the Commercial Business Space department to assist with the expansion of the East Anglia regional office based in Ipswich. Kevin will specialise in disposals, lettings and acquisitions of both commercial property and land.

“Our business is expanding steadily, and our clients will benefit significantly from his expertise and local knowledge.”
Kevin graduated in Land Management at Reading University in 2001, and gained valuable experience in landlord and tenant issues and property management with Wolton Chartered Surveyors, looking after the commercial property portfolio of Haart and Spicer McColls nationwide. Before joining Douglas Duff, he was with Bidwells' Martlesham office.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys a variety of sports including mountain biking, golf and five-a-side football in summer, and is something of a film buff.
