Two ‘rare’ pockets of former parkland and woodland near Woodbridge with freehold guide prices of £160k and £210k are set to be auctioned off.

The two parcels, comprising nearly 20 and 28 acres of land adjoining Home Farm, Hasketon, are set in what agents Clarke and Simpson describe as “a beautiful area of unspoilt parkland and woodland”. The sale is at Ufford Park Hotel, Melton, at 6pm on October 18.

Agent Oliver Holloway said: “It is quite rare to find such a beautiful area of unspoilt former parkland and woodland and which has remained unaltered for decades. It really is very special and has the added benefit of being located just one mile from the increasingly desirable town of Woodbridge. We at Clarke & Simpson always enjoy selling such areas by public auction and we are expecting good interest in the two lots from a diversity of potential purchasers.”
