EAST Anglian law firm Prettys is holding a mock employment tribunal to give company bosses and HR professionals an insight into some of the potential pitfalls for employers.
It will involve a fictitious case involving issues of unfair dismissal, disability discrimination, the extension of time limits, sickness absence and unlawful deduction from wages.
Members of Prettys’ employment teams in Ipswich, Chelmsford and Cambridge will be joined at the event by two experienced London barristers who will act as counsel for the two sides.
