LINDA Osborn has joined the Ipswich residential conveyancing team at solicitors Ashton Graham.
She will lead the firm's team of conveyancers at the Waterfront House offices, following her move from a Bury St Edmunds law firm where she worked for 20 years.
Ms Osborn, who qualified in 1979, is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and will cover the broad spectrum of services associated with residential conveyancing.
Mark Beaton, head of residential conveyancing at the firm said they were “delighted” she had joined the team.
“Her wealth of experience will be a huge asset to the department and her knowledge of the local residential housing market will help her settle in extremely quickly,” he said.
The firm's residential conveyancing department employs 16 people at its three offices based at Bury, Ipswich and Felixstowe.
