LOU Cessford has joined human resources consultants Picasso HR, based at Cretingham, near Framlingham.Ms Cessford, a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has worked in human resource management for 12 years, and before that was employed by local businesses in marketing and administrative roles.

Ms Cessford, a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has worked in human resource management for 12 years, and before that was employed by local businesses in marketing and administrative roles.
She joined Suffolk Training and Enterprise Council in 1995, and had an advisory role with Suffolk Business Link where she was an accredited Investors in People adviser.
She has developed expertise in a number of areas, including coaching small and medium enterprise managers and management teams, design and implementation of appraisal systems and training managers, the importance of communications in business, training needs analysis, work/life balance, leadership and management.
