Daily flights from London Stansted to Reykjavik (Keflavik International Airport) will begin on April 25, 2018. This will connect to the airline’s new services to Cleveland, Cincinnati, Detroit and St. Louis.

Chief executive and founder Skúli Mogensen said: “It’s a big day for WOW air as we launch flights from Stansted, our second London airport, plus services to these four new US Midwest destinations. We are proud of our growth over the last two years and will continue to work tirelessly to provide the lowest fares possible to connect the UK to North America.”

Stansted’s commercial boss Martin Jones said they were “delighted” the carrier had chosen to come to the airport.
