LUCILL Curtis has joined Colchester Borough Council as communications manager.Mrs Curtis will drive forward internal changes and publicise the borough's regeneration projects aimed at promoting the town as a prestigious regional centre.
LUCILL Curtis has joined Colchester Borough Council as communications manager.
Mrs Curtis will drive forward internal changes and publicise the borough's regeneration projects aimed at promoting the town as a prestigious regional centre.
She joined with more than 10 years' experience in PR and communications, gained most recently at Mid Suffolk District Council where she managed media relations during the SnOasis inquiry.
Clare Atkinson has joined as a communications office with responsibility for the council's internal and external publications, including its residents' newsletter, The Courier.
She has six years' experience as a journalist and has worked in the UK and in Germany in the trade press.
