AFFORDABLE housing developer and housing regeneration specialist Lovell has appointed Mark Hanson as technical manager for the company in London and the south-east.
AFFORDABLE housing developer and housing regeneration specialist Lovell has appointed Mark Hanson as technical manager for the company in London and the south-east.
Mr Hanson, 43, of Witham in Essex, joins from affordable housing specialist Inspace Partnerships where he was contracts manager.
In his new position, he is responsible for all technical aspects connected with the procurement of Lovell projects in London and the south-east.
His role will include helping drive the region's growing new-build housing business.
“Mark has extensive experience in affordable housing and open market housing development and is a strong addition to our management team,” said Lovell regional director Steve Coombs.
