Colchester-based Colne Housing is driving forwards its business development plans with promotions for two of its senior staff to support its record growth in the affordable housing sector.
Martin Buddery, Colne's former housing director with ten years service, is promoted to operations director, responsible for the delivery of housing management and maintenance across all Colne Housing's properties in the county.
He will also be the link between Colne Housing and development company Iceni Homes, which it co-owns, as well as taking an over-view of quality and management issues on each scheme-by-scheme development.
Colne's Housing's finance director Lynne Shea is named as its first deputy chief executive and she will also continue in her former role.
Mark Powell Davies, Colne Housing's chief executive, said: “We are confident that both these appointments will reinforce the growth and strength of Colne Housing. Both posts confirm the Board's expanding range of skills and experience and will support to sustain the range and quality of affordable housing in our communities.”
