MARY Pryer of the Jan Cavelle Furniture company based at Haverhill has reached the finals of the National Customer Services Awards.The firm's managing director Jan Cavelle said she was “over the moon” after Ms Pryer got through to the finals of the Customer Complaints Manager of the Year category of the awards.

The firm's managing director Jan Cavelle said she was “over the moon” after Ms Pryer got through to the finals of the Customer Complaints Manager of the Year category of the awards.
“She is absolutely outstanding and deserves every bit of it,” she said.
“She is up against huge multinationals but that comes as no surprise as she is in absolutely of the highest calibre.”
The awards are presented at The Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, London, on September 18.
