MATTHEW McElhinney of Ipswich has set up a new mobile tyre fitting business called Etyres.The 30-year-old, who says he is offering tyres at up to 40% less than leading tyre depots, fits the tyres at homes and workplaces, doing away with the need to take the car in to a tyre fitting depot.
