MELANIE Willis has joined the Bury St Edmunds officer of Geronimo Communications as a public relations account manager.Ms Willis, 29, of Ipswich, brings a wealth of East Anglian public sector communications experience to the PR team.
MELANIE Willis has joined the Bury St Edmunds officer of Geronimo Communications as a public relations account manager.
Ms Willis, 29, of Ipswich, brings a wealth of East Anglian public sector communications experience to the PR team.
She previously worked at Norfolk County Council as communications officer for its planning, transport and environment sectors. She has also been a press officer at Suffolk County Council. Prior to that, she spent five years on the editorial team of a publishing company in London.
“I am really looking forward to the opportunities that working for Geronimo brings,” she said.
“Geronimo is a large and well-known public relations company in the UK, dealing with many key clients and I am pleased to have joined the team.”
Ms Willis, who has a BA honours degree in English with American studies from the University of Kent, and a postgraduate diploma in journalism from the London School of Journalism, is married and enjoys going to the gym and reading books, newspapers and magazines.
