THE head of the business recovery and insolvency team at East Anglian law firm Kester Cunningham John has been appointed chairman of the LawNet Insolvency Group.
THE head of the business recovery and insolvency team at East Anglian law firm Kester Cunningham John has been appointed chairman of the LawNet Insolvency Group.
Michael Frape, a partner at the firm, takes on the role for the forthcoming year, and will be responsible for chairing the Insolvency Group Steering Committee and providing a source of advice and leadership for the group.
Mr Frape said he was “delighted” at the appointment.
“My appointment demonstrates KCJ's commitment and investment in what is a rapidly-developing business area for the firm,” he said.
LawNet is the largest independent network of quality assured law firms in the UK. These pool their resources and expertise to improve service to clients and build business opportunities.
