PROLIFIC TV commercial producer Mike Wilkie has been appointed as a director of Ipswich-based conference, event, video and online production company AV Unit.
PROLIFIC TV commercial producer Mike Wilkie has been appointed as a director of Ipswich-based conference, event, video and online production company AV Unit.
Mr Wilkie was previously managing director of Flaxman Wilkie and published The Gunn Report, annual worldwide league tables for the advertising industry.
Before that, he was MD of post-production company Soho601 and MD of Soho production company Caplan Wilkie.
He has produced and directed hundreds of TV commercials and his clients have included Warner Bros, BBC, Sky TV and Channel 4.
“Having lived in the area for the last 11 years, I am really looking forward to being able to help companies in the region market and communicate their products and services to a wider audience,” he said.
“I truly believe with AV Unit's extensive expertise and experience in live events, video, digital media and the web, we are best-placed to do this effectively.”
His role will be to help develop the 10-year-old firm through its next phase of development.
