One of the organisers of an annual summer fayre has praised the event as it brings a “boost” to the town.
Visitors came to Needham Market on Sunday for the summer fayre. More than £750 was raised for the event’s two charities, Suffolk Family Carers and the Needham Market Internet Cafe.
Organiser Steven Moore said: “The event went well – there was a good turnout and we raised £760 for the two charities.
“The event brings a lot people into the town. The Royal British Legion just came in – they raised £240. A lot of people see what the town has to offer so it helps them to have a good look around at the businesses and shops here.”
