Commenting on his appointment, which will took effect from October 1, Mr Brown said: “I would like to thank Mark Merriam for the enormous contribution he has made to the firm over the past nine years as managing partner, successfully navigating the firm through the recession and working with me over the past 12 months to ensure a seamless transition.
“The success and strength of the firm is also due to the dedication and commitment of our talented staff with whom I look forward to working with to take the firm forward.”
