They are hoping to enable owners to maximise current development opportunities and make sure that all available assets work as hard as possible.
The landed estates partner for Anglia is Nicholas Hunt.
“All too often, anyone running a landed estates business either has to use separate private, rural business and commercial finance services or accept compromise arrangements whereby they're well supported on certain parts of their business but less well informed in other areas,” said David Douglas, head of rural business at the bank.
“Our new team will change all that, making the need for separate arrangements and compromise a thing of the past.”
