Bidwells is expanding its Ipswich-based residential development team with the appointment of Oliver Hurlock.
He joins from Robinson Hall in Ipswich, where he spent two years working in a variety of property sectors, including rural development, planning and valuation. Before this, he worked at Fenn Wright in their rural property team.
In his new role, he will be involved in all stages of the development process from land acquisition, analysis and appraisal to negotiation and management of the associated legal processes.
Charles Ashby-Hoare, who head up the residential development team, said he was “delighted” to welcome him on board.
“His experience and professionalism will be an asset to the team and invaluable in meeting the needs of our clients,” he said.
