A BOOK security firm based in Ipswich has appointed motorbike enthusiast Paul Clark as their new service manager.
Plescon Security Products, an EADT 2006 Business Awards winner, provides book security systems to the UK library market.
Mr Clark, who spent 18 years with photocopier giant Canon starting as an engineer and progressing to management, will be responsible for managing the engineers and service team who look after the 1600 customers countrywide.
He is a member of Poringland Motorcycle Club and spends his free time restoring old motorbikes.
“Paul is a great asset to our team, he is focused on ensuring we maintain and improve upon our high levels of service,” said Plescon director Nick Hunt.
