THREE parcels of land have come on the market through estate agents Strutt and Parker.
One, a 104-acre arable plot, is in Pebmarsh, near Sudbury, and is available in one or two lots. Lot 1 is 63 acres with a guide of 455,000 and Lot 2 is 40 acres with a guide of 295,000.
Tim Fagan, a partner in the estates and farm agency department, said: With the lack of supply of arable land in the market, this will be attractive to existing farmers, as well as investors – not least due to the fact that it is available as a whole or in two lots.”
A smaller 44-acre parcel of grade 2 arable land about a mile west of Boxford, near Hadleigh, is on the market with a guide price of 325,000. A mature 12-acre wood, with a guide price of 75,000, is for sale at Bulmer, near Sudbury.
