ESTATE agents Savills has appointed Philip Bird to its commercial team, joining Chris Moody and Tony Box.
Mr Bird moves to the firm as a commercial negotiator from Welcome Finance where he became fully FSA trained.
He said he was “delighted” to have joined.
Mr Moody said: “I am very pleased indeed to have Philip on board with us.”
