A Suffolk pre-cast concrete firm delivered a consignment of 1500 beams and infills blocks to the fourth phase of the Summers Park development at Lawford, Manningtree, last week.
To date, Poundfield Products, at Creeting St Peter, has supplied and installed 21,000 beams and 70,000 infill blocks to Rose Builders for its flagship development, which, when completed, will see 150 homes built. It has been supplying the site since 2015.
Lawford-based Rose Builders boss Steven Rose said: “Poundfield’s attention to customer service, delivered cost-effectively throughout the whole process from design to construction is nothing short of excellent.”
Matt Moss, commercial director at Poundfield Products, said it was “a great development built on a great business relationship”. “There is a real mutual benefit to be had from maintaining the kind of long-term relationship we have with Rose Builders.”
