Nichola Cain said: “We are very excited to be starting our search once again for THE ONE. The competition offers a fantastic opportunity for us to help an entrepreneur grow their business and raise their profile through the power of PR, design and marketing and other crucial areas of business support.

“Our winners from last year, The Foraging Fox, have gone from strength to strength and are now listed on Ocado and are in 250 independent deli and farm shops.”

Frankie Fox, founder of The Foraging Fox, based near Bishop’s Stortford, said: “Winning THE ONE Competition in 2014 was an incredible experience from start to finish. It has given us the platform to grow at a faster rate than we could ever have anticipated.

“To have such a wealth of experience and talent behind you is simply invaluable. Winning the competition when we did at an early stage of our company’s development gave us such an advantage. It gave us the opportunity to define our brand clearly, to communicate it widely and to commercialise it wisely.

“We cannot thank The THE ONE judges enough for their time and commitment to us and we could not recommend highly enough the benefits of entering this competition.”
