Ms McKillop, who specialises in agricultural property matters, general law and commercial property transactions, joined the firm in December 2005.
Roythornes partner Graham Smith said: “Rachel is a key part of our highly specialised team in Newmarket and has helped us expand the office to where we are now.
“By way of example, we have recently recruited Ruth Lambillion to assist Rachel with her increased workload from our growing agricultural client base, which is our main area of expertise. The partners are delighted for Rachel.”
