THE Chartered Institute of Taxation Suffolk branch has appointed Rachel Skells and Susan Bell as joint chairs.Ms Skells, a partner at Whittle & Co, specialises in financial services and charity clients advising on a range of issues from corporate through to personal, trust and estate taxation.

Ms Skells, a partner at Whittle & Co, specialises in financial services and charity clients advising on a range of issues from corporate through to personal, trust and estate taxation.
Ms Ball is director of employment services at Prettys solicitors. She has specialised in taxation since 1987 and advises clients on employment-related matters. She is also a member of the governing body of Suffolk College and vice chair or Suffolk Heritage Housing Association.
The branch has also appointed Helen Brookson as secretary and Andre Roden as treasurer.
