A CHARTERED accountancy firm has created a new regional office on the outskirts of Ipswich.
Larking Gowen has reorganised its southern operation covering Suffolk and Essex to launch a new office at Claydon Business Park, where around 40 staff will now be based. They have all transferred from Larking Gowen’s previous offices in Ipswich, Claydon and Colchester.
As part of the reorganisation, the firm has opened a new office on the High Street in Colchester to house the private client team, while the office in Claydon will house experts covering taxation, corporate affairs, VAT, payroll, corporate finance, business turnaround and private client affairs.
“Putting our southern area operation under one roof has always been a long-term aim and it was a case of waiting for the right premises to become available,” said regional partner, Brian Pring. “All of us at Larking Gowen are very excited at the new opportunities the move will bring as we look to the future with ever increasing confidence.”
