ANGLIA Ruskin University has appointed Sandra Hollis to the post of vice president, international and development services.She will lead an expanded international team and is tasked with realising the university's vision to become a major force in international education.

ANGLIA Ruskin University has appointed Sandra Hollis to the post of vice president, international and development services.

She will lead an expanded international team and is tasked with realising the university's vision to become a major force in international education.

Ms Hollis, a marketing expert, has wide-ranging commercial and international knowledge, gained in the private and the higher education sector.

After graduating from the University of Durham, she joined news and information agency Reuters, working in senior commercial and marketing roles.

After completing her masters degree, she joined the University of East London, where as director of corporate marketing and the international office, she made a key contribution to the university's growth in home and international markets.

Anglia Ruskin vice chancellor Professor Michael Thorne said he was “delighted” she had joined their team.
