Silk Pearce, the Colchester-based design and branding agency, has unveiled a striking illustration produced to encourage people interested in the arts to explore next month’s Norfolk & Norwich Festival.
The image has been specifically designed by Silk Pearce to “reflect the creativity and innovation associated with this year’s arts festival”.
It is based on two 3D outlined drawings of the letter N that appear to be suspended and rotating against a motion blurred background.
The image features on the front cover of the festival’s 2015 brochure as well as online and on banners, all of which have also been designed by the firm.
Alternative versions of the master image and design elements from the brochure will be extended onto lamppost banners, pop-up displays and other promotional items for use in the run up to and during the festival, which runs from May 8 to 24.
Lis Jennings, head of communications for the Norfolk & Norwich Festival, said: “Silk Pearce has created the ideal image as part of its design theme for this year’s Norfolk & Norwich Festival which features one of our most exciting and ambitious programmes to date.
“With more premieres and commissioned work than ever before, we look forward to welcoming audiences from Norfolk and beyond to a wide range of venues, events and performances.
