Baggage handlers at Stansted Airport will stage a walkout this weekend after talks broke down between unions and contractor Swissport.
A planned four-day strike by Unite and GMB baggage handlers, employed by the company at Stansted, will go ahead after talks failed to resolve a row over new rosters, which the unions claim threaten pay cuts for their members.
Members of the GMB and Unite employed by contractor Swissport have already taken industrial action but will strike for four days from 5.30am tomorrow morning to 5.30am Wednesday.
